You should fly in on Sunday, with mid-afternoon being the best arrival time. Arrival a few days earlier is possible, and you will pay a per diem rate for the extra days. Your return flight should be made for a Saturday or Sunday departure.

When you arrive in Seville, there are many easy and safe transportation options. We will send you complete instructions, and you will have either your family’s address or residence hall information. You may also request an airport pickup in Seville only (not Madrid) at an added cost.

You need to provide pickup information at least three business days prior to your arrival to arrange for airport pickup.
