2012 Fees

As Language Link charges exactly the same fees as CLIC in Spain, we feel it is most fair to you to state fees in euros. Your deposit of 20% of classes and the 45€ booking and records fee and 10% of accommodation and the 40€ accommmodations fee will be calculated in U.S. dollars at the day’s exchange rate in which we receive your application. Your remaining balance, payable in Spain, will be payable in euros. To easily see the day’s exchange rate from euros to US dollars, please click here.

Courses (please remember to add the 45€ records fee):

Accommodations: All accommodation begins on a Sunday and ends on noon Saturday. Early arrivals and later departures will pay for the additional nights. Double rooms must be booked with a companion.

Accommodations (please remember to add the 40€ accommodations fee):

Deposit for all private apartments is 150 Euros and there is an end of rental cleaning fee of 40 Euros.

Note: For Residence Hall and the Host Family, there is a 20% surcharge if you would like a private bath.

REFUND POLICY

$100 of the deposit is a non-refundable fee. If you cancel with a minimum of 15 days advance notice, any balance remaining on your deposit will be returned. Students may apply this $100 toward a future registration, if scheduled within the following calendar year. If notice is less than 15 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited. There will be no refunds once the course has started.

And it’s easy! Simply fill in the registration form, email us or mail in the registration form with your accompanying deposit.

Deposit: 20% of classes cost, plus 10% of the accommodation cost. Please include 10% of the administrative fee. Deposit on Teen programs is 15%.

Deposit is payable by check or credit card. The balance is payable in Euros upon arrival in Seville. We will acknowledge receipt of your registration and send full confirmation details including such information as what to pack, family assignment and contact information.
