Accommodations

• Host Spanish Family (half board of breakfast and lunch):
• A true Spanish atmosphere. Most families are within walking distance of the school, but in Spain, this is considered to be a walk of up to 20-25 minutes.
• Executive Family:
• Private baths available at a 20% surcharge (limited availability). Full board also available. Private room.
• CLIC Residence Halls:
• Not traditional dormitories, but stately Sevillian houses in the heart of the city center. They have been remodeled to include double (must be booked with a roommate) and single rooms, a common kitchen, common bathrooms and terraces. This type of accommodation is recommended if you want independence and more freedom to enjoy the international environment with fellow students from different countries. Cleaning service included. There are some residence halls which specialize in more mature students, while there are some which are best for college age students. There is a limited number of higher standard rooms with private baths available for a 20% surcharge.
• Shared Flat (with young Spaniards):
• You share an apartment with Spaniards who either work or study. You have your own bedroom and use of the kitchen and bathroom facilities. Furnishings are basic. There are usually one or two Spanish people living with one or two foreign students. You can be independent and yet still be in contact with local people.
• Centrally Located Apartments (for one or two people):
• These are furnished and well equipped apartments with a bathroom and kitchen. This is the perfect accommodation if you come accompanied or need complete independence. There is also a higher level executive level apartment available for a small supplement. All apartments are centrally located and within walking distance of the school.
