For On-Campus Lodge, there is an additional fee to what is charged for classes and family stay. For the Onsite Campus Lodge, please add the following to the fees above. This fee is added per person per week.
Private Room: +$225 per person
Shared Room: +$150 per person
Triple/Quad: +$125 per person
Non0student (accompanying) +$300 per week
All accommodation includes all meals, laundry service, daily shuttle service between campus and Santa Ana. On campus lodges are closed for the last week of the year. Homestays are available for this period.
The total cost of our Spanish programs includes all instruction, text materials (except dictionaries), airport pick-up, breakfast, dinner and housing with a host family.
Registration and Deposit
It adds no extra cost to register through Language Link, and you benefit from our professional expertise. You also enjoy fast, easy, knowledgeable communication, as well as a U.S. connection.
Your registration must be accompanied by either a check or credit card information (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) for 15% of the course AND accommodation fees.
Your balance payment for classes and acommodation cost is due on the first day of class in Santa Ana. Fees for payment of balance will be accepted in US dollars and can be paid by credit card, cash, or traveler's checks. No personal checks will be accepted.
Refunds
$100 of your deposit is a non-refundable fee. If you have to cancel before your study begins, Language Link will reserve $100 of your deposit and return the remainder of the deposit. The $100 will be credited toward future study if rescheduled within the next year. Failure to reschedule your study within one year will result in forfeit of the $100.
Your balance payment for classes and acommodation cost is due on the first day of class in Santa Ana. There will be NO refunds given once the course has started. Once a program has started, you may not downgrade in course hours, but you may always upgrade your program.
