2012 FEES

As Language Link charges exactly the same fees as Lacunza in Spain, we feel it is most fair to you to state fees in euros. Your deposit of 20% of classes and registration fee and 10% of accommodation and accommodation fee will be calculated in U.S. dollars at the day’s exchange rate in which we receive your application. Your remaining balance, payable in Spain, will be payable in euros. To easily see the day’s exchange rate from euros to US dollars, please click here.

There is a registration fee of 60€ added to your course costs, and an accommodation fee of 50€ added to your accommodation costs. These fees are not applicable to, nor deductible from tuition.

Please note that SUMMER fees apply to dates of study which fall between July 2 to August 24 (they are already included in the prices as listed).

*Does not include 2 fees or airport transport, includes accommodations (family stay) with all meals and activities.

There is an extra 50€ booking fee added to all accommodations.

Note: There is a 25% surcharge for flights arriving before 8am.

Refunds

$100 of the deposit is a non-refundable fee. If you cancel with a minimum of 15 days advance notice, any balance remaining on your deposit will be returned. Students may apply this $100 toward a future registration, if scheduled within the following calendar year. If notice is less than 15 days, the entire deposit will be forfeited. Students who start but do not finish the course will not be reimbursed except in case of serious illness which must be confirmed by a medical certificate.

It’s easy! Simply fill in the registration form, or fax or mail with your accompanying deposit.

Your formula is: 20% of combined registration fee and course program plus 10% of combined accommodation fee and cost of choice of accommodations. This can be paid by check or credit card. We will confirm your registration and provide you with detailed information about how to prepare for your trip. We prefer three weeks notice to process the registration. Within a few days of receipt of your registration we will email you full confirmation materials and housing assignment. The remaining fees are due on the first day of class in euros. Instructions about payment will be included with your confirmation.
