Students who choose accommodations in an apartment or residence hall will be asked to sign a form which authorizes the school to charge their credit card up to $200 USD in the event of any loss or damage to the property (security deposit).

Please note that flight arrivals before 8am or after 10pm incur a 50% increase. Flight details MUST be received at LEAST three days before arrival.
REFUNDS
$100 of your registration deposit is a non-refundable fee. If you have to cancel before study begins, Language Link will reserve $100 of your deposit and return the balance. The $100 will be credited toward future study if rescheduled within the next year. Your balance payment for classes and accommodation cost is due on the first day of class in Playa del Carmen. There will be no refunds given once the program has started. Fees will be accepted in US dollars and can also be paid by credit card. No personal checks or traveler’s checks can be accepted.
REGISTRATION AND DEPOSIT
It adds no extra cost to register through Language Link, and you benefit from our professional expertise. You also enjoy fast, easy, knowledgeable communication, as well as a U.S. connection. It's easy to register, simply submit your registration form online or call us at our toll free number 800.552.2051. Your form must be accompanied by either a check or credit card information for 30% of the course costs plus 10% of accommodation fees. These two percentages will make up your total deposit.
