DEPOSIT & REGISTRATION
It adds no extra cost to register through Language Link, and you benefit from our professional expertise. You also enjoy fast, easy, knowledgeable communication, as well as a U.S. connection.
It's easy. Just complete the registration form.
If you have any problem accessing the form, we can e-mail one, fax it or mail it. You can include credit card information or indicate that a check is being mailed. Payable with the registration is a one time registration fee of $70 plus a deposit of 18% of the total program and accommodation cost (if with a host family).
Calculate the price per week of classes, add to this the cost of family with meal plan chosen and multiply times the number of weeks of study. Multiply this by 18%, add the $70 registration fee, and you will have the correct amount. This fee is payable by check or credit card (Master Card or Visa) with the application form. The balance is payable on your first day of class in Oaxaca. Balance must be paid in cash U.S. dollars or travelers checks. No credit cards are accepted for the balance of your payment in Oaxaca.
We will acknowledge that your registration has been received and follow it with full confirmation with all details about your family assignment, what to take and how to prepare.
REFUND POLICY
$100 of your registration deposit is non-refundable. If you have to cancel we will hold that amount and reapply it toward future study if you can reschedule within the next year. Once you have started the program there are no refunds given for classes or homestay
