Mexican Family
The school has carefully selected families who are happy to welcome you into their home and demonstrate the hospitality for which Mexican people are famous. Most of the families live in nicer homes in the residential area of Cancún, no more than 10-minutes walking distance from the school. A few require a 15-minute bus ride. A private bedroom and three meals daily are included. Air conditioned rooms are available at a higher rate. There are a few houses where private bathrooms can be requested. There are usually one to two students per family. Water served in the families is purified, and all fruits and vegetables are cleaned in purified water.
All shared rooms must be booked together with a companion.
School Residence
The School Residence is located directly on the school grounds. It is a modest two floor house, and students share the bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room/dining room. Not air conditioned.
The Student House is a very modest shared apartment in the downtown area. It requires a short bus ride to reach school. Kitchen, bathrooms and living room are shared. Not air conditioned.

Hotels
Both downtown hotels and those in the hotel zone with direct beach access can be arranged if you let us know your needs and budget. They begin at $49 per night.
