Most students arrive in Cusco on the Sunday before they begin classes and depart on the Saturday after their last Friday of class. All students need a passport to enter Peru, and no special visas are required for citizens of most countries.
Airport Transportation
Free airport pick-up in Cusco! Students are met in Cusco at the airport by a representative from the school. This service is complimentary. Return is not included.
Lima Pickup Packages
All flights into Cusco make a connection through Lima. It will probably be to your advantage to arrange your local flight from Lima to Cusco in coordination with your flight to Lima. For some of the schedules, you may be more comfortable spending a night in Lima. Also, some students choose to spend a day or two here to sitesee before continuing on to Cusco. If you choose, we can arrange the following Lima packages for you (excursions to visit major tourist sites in Lima can be arranged once there through the hotel).
You can also arrange your Lima to Cusco flight through the school. $148 one way, $295 round trip.
STANDARD: $70
- $10 discount per person when reservation, journey and arrival are shared
- extra nights: $21.50 per person
- RT transfer from Lima airport to 2-star hotel, one night stay, breakfast.
EXTRA:$110
- As above, but a 3-star hotel. Extra nights: $40 per person.
