2012 Fees
These fees do not include accommodation. All fees except where indicated are per week. There is a $45 enrollment fee added to cost of all tuition. We strongly urge you to consider the private classes in this program, quite reasonable for the value received.

RAINFOREST TAMBOPATA PROGRAM
The all inclusive (including lodging) cost for this week is $664 for 2011. It includes: group course, meals (drinks not included), transporation to excursions and a guide.
Please note that the flight from Cusco to Puerto Maldonado is not included in the package price. The average price for the round trip ticket is $175 and is generally booked upon arrival in Cusco.

2012 ACCOMMODATIONS FEES
Starting on Sunday, departure on a Saturday. Extra days are available on a per diem basis. All fees on a weekly basis. Family stay includes 2 meals (breakfast and lunch). Family stay plus is in higher level houses, and private baths can be requested. Student residence includes 2 meals. If staying longer than 1 week, weekends are included until last Saturday. Please note there is no family stay available in Taray, and all meals are included there.

Lima to Cusco flight $165 for one way and $315 for round trip (airport taxes are NOT included). Please note that flight prices are subject to change.
REFUND POLICY
$100 of your registration deposit is a non-refundable fee. If you have to cancel we will hold this $100 and you can reapply it toward future study if you can reschedule within the next 12 months. If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your departure we will keep your entire deposit and apply it to future study for the period of one calendar year. There will be no refunds given once the program has started. The only changes which can be made with no penalty after starting the program are to add additional private hours. Any changes made to the program on-site are subject to the adminstration fee of $38.

Just complete the registration form and include your deposit via credit card.
Please calculate:
- Your tuition cost + $45
- Then take 35% of this amount
- Add 10% of your accommodation costs
- If you are doing Manu, please contact us for the specific deposit details and have your passport number and expiration date ready.

These amounts will be deducted from the total price. The deposit only can be paid to Language Link with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AMEX or personal check). The balance is payable when you start your first day of classes at the school. Mastercard and Visa are accepted, but no personal checks or bank checks will be accepted. There are many ATMs in Cusco from which you can obtain either Peruvian soles or U.S. dollars. We will acknowledge receipt of your registration and send you full confirmation details with everything you need to know, including what to pack and contact information.
